Eligibility

You must be 20 or older and resident in a country where online casino content is permitted. Account Rules

One account per person, per household, per device. Multiple accounts can be closed and balances forfeited. Account credentials are personal and must not be shared. Lukki is not responsible for losses caused by shared credentials. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits must come from a payment method in your name. Withdrawals are paid to the same method where possible, in line with anti money laundering rules. Pending requests can be reversed inside the cashier until they enter processing.

Fair Play

Lukki reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and to void wagers obtained through error, malfunction, collusion or any breach of these terms. The audit trail covers cashier transactions, game logs and chat history where applicable, and any disputes are reviewed by a dedicated fair play team.

Intellectual Property

All content on lukkii.org is owned by or licensed to Lukki. You may share short quotes with attribution but may not republish full pages or strip out branding. Game art and provider logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used under licence.

Liability

Lukki is not liable for losses caused by your use of the site beyond the amount of any disputed transaction. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under New Zealand law. Force majeure events including outages caused by upstream providers are explicitly excluded from compensation.

Disputes

Contact support@lukkii.org first. If we cannot resolve the dispute within fourteen days you can escalate to the Curaçao Gaming Authority as the licensing body. The contact details are shown on the contact page. Independent dispute resolution services are also available for unresolved complaints.

Responsible Play
